New to Yoga?
 
The best way to start a yoga practice is to jump right in!  Beginning a practice is a great way to take care of yourself and find your own inner strenth!  Yoga helps reduce stress, increase strength and flexiblity, and creates a calmness and peace witin your mind, body & spirit. To begin a practice, Sunrise Yoga reccommends the classes listed below.

Practice often!  3 or more times a week will show physical changes for most students within 1-2 months.

**There are modifications for all poses in a yoga class.  If you have any injury or physical limitations, Sunrise Yoga is happy to guide you through modifications.
